			<title>Don't store wet buds!</title>

<description>Thanks for your comments. No storage system will prevent mold in WET BUDS. Properly cure them BEFORE vacuum packing, or bagging or whatever. Also, this is a STORAGE system, to preserve the buds terps (and more) for a long time. It is also useful for containing odor to increase safety. It works great and is cheap insurance against nosey dogs. 8) - Tim Castleman</description>

			<title>Problems with vacuum</title>
			<link>http://medicalmarijuanaofamerica.com/about-mma/patients-tools/192-budsaver.html#comment-428</link>
<description>I used to vacuum seal my buds in glass jars as it seemed the best way to preserve the buds.
What I found out is that when you vacuum the buds in glass, the lower atmosphere makes a lot of the terpenoids volitize at room temperatures and get sucked away from the buds lowering the smell, taste, and effects of the high when smoked.
If you look at the jar when being vacuumed you can see a fine vapor being sucked out of the jars, smell it, it is the terpenoids being vaporized.
Also you do not prevent aerobic bacteria or fungi as there is still enough O2 to allow growth. Vacuum wet buds in a glass jar and see if they mold or not.
